Surat : Global Professionals & Entrepreneurs Network (G-PEN) recently conducted worlds first face-off and symposium for Pageant Crown and Title Winners. The event was named as Collision of Crowns and participants from all over India as well as Malaysia, Singapore and Australia were parts of this robust convene. This was something quite different than pageants that are conducted on routine basis Collision of Crowns had all the participants who had experience of participating in pageants earlier and had been awarded either with a title or crown then. The concept was designed by Nihar Saraswala and Dr Vimal Rathi, the founders of G-PEN. They had put in three months of meticulous efforts to make this concept a reality and execute it seamlessly.
The participants had a chance of introducing themselves in the first round and they were asked to answer a question by the jury panel comprising of eminent fashion designers Manish Reshamwala and Niraj Vaidya. In the second round, these participants were awarded with a dazzling crown, sash, Flawless Beauty 2020 award and a suitable title according to their talent displayed in the question answer round. The crowns and trophies were procured from one of Surats most reputed jewellery showrooms D. Khushalbhai Jewellers based at Parle Point. Out of 28 different participants, Rukmani Chalsey won the title of Lumière Beauty, Shailja Nawani received the title Fitness & Legacy Beauty, Gaiyethri Rahman from Singapore received Lady of Brilliancy title, Shweta Varpe received Wellness Queen title, Harshal Bajaj received Fashion Icon title, Poonam Singh received the Timeless Beauty title, Savita Rana Bhaarati received the Noble Beauty title, Samiya Shamim Dhamaskar received the Talented Beauty title,Ritu Rathi from Surat recieved Beauty with Brains title, Sarika Merchant received the Glory Beauty title, Sejal Kerketta received the Confident Beauty title, Ruchi Malik received the Charming Beauty title, Quiency Kashyap received the Super Model title, Shaheen Rahim Khan received the Cordial Beauty title, Tashika Arora received the Dazzling Beauty title, Aarti Toppo received the Inspiring Beauty title and Loveena Joseph received the Lady of Empowerment title. All these beauty contest winners were groomed by well known actor and model Gokul Baraiya and Pooja Shah from Surat who had won the Mrs. Earth Title in 2017. Diet counselling was given by Reema Arora from Goa, Zumba session was conducted by Manisha Manglani and makeup was taken care of by Sheetal Hair Institute from Surat and Shamim Dhamaskars team from Mumbai. The photography sessions were handled impeccably by Rahul Tailor, Vaibhav Tailor and team.
This entire event took place in a course of 2 nights and 3 days. Participants stayed at Green Paradise in villas near Maroli amidst a natural and serene atmosphere. The main event was held at premium family club Aarya at Tena village, in the outskirts of Surat. Rajiv Jain, the partner at Aarya Club and Resort expressed his felicity for being a part of this unique event that took place for the first time in the world. During the main event in Aarya Club, artists from internationally acclaimed Shilp Maitri Dance Academy and Taekwondo Champions from the Dynamic Warriors Martial Arts Academy displayed their performances which awed the spectators.
Eight Indian personalities from India and abroad were felicitated by Prestigious Indian of the Year award. These personalities include Kathak Visharad Shilpi Saini from Mumbai, Dr Ragavi from Malaysia, Dr Aarti Bajaj from Australia, Piyali Toshniwal as well as Jayesh Gandhi, Pamir Shah and Pravin Betala from Surat.
